◎ Spherical roller bearing installation and use
1. The user should select the appropriate fit and bearing clearance according to the requirements of use. After unpacking, please check the bearing code first.
2. Before installing the bearing, if grease needs to be added to the bearing, the grease must be cleaned and appropriate.
3. It is better not to hammer the inner and outer ring end faces and rollers during installation, so as not to crack the inner ring or the middle and small ribs. Normally, the user should put the bearing in mineral oil and heat it to 90°-100° to install the spindle immediately. Never use the local spraying method on the bearing. When it is difficult to "hot-install", the user should also install it with a special sleeve.
4. The bearing should have good sealing and dustproof device and lubrication, and can not cut off the oil.
5. The bearing warehouse should be clean and dry, without environmental pollution, the bearings should not be piled on the ground, and the packaging should not be damaged. Bearings that have been in stock for more than 1 year must be cleaned and oiled again.
